Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • When product is damaged by customer, not by shipping courier handling.
